Here are some examples of steel rule parts that have been fabricated in our plant in recent years. The ability to stamp out various gaskets and insulator boards is a service that SFM offers to complement our custorm electronic enclosure capibility. Low cost steel rule die tooling can be made to your specifications from CAD files and used to punch out a varity of materials. Typical electrical insulating materials include 0.010, 0.015, and 0.020" fish paper ; kapton 0.001, 0.002, and 0.005". Gasketing materials can be many various rubber such as silicone; neoprene; buna-N; and many more. Our clicker press is a 20 ton press with 20" X 40" table and 20" X 20" platium.
